Restrictions: Thermus Thermophilus Putative Esterase is a single chain recombinant Thermus thermophilus protein produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is directly isolated from Thermus thermophilus which codes for the enzyme putative esterase. The protein contains a maximum of 313 amino acids, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
